Free Trial Period (30 Days)

No charges during the trial period, so no refunds apply. You can test all Pro features fully without entering a credit card. Cancel anytime.

After Trial — Monthly Subscription

Cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. No refunds for months already started (you only pay month-to-month).

After Trial — Yearly Subscription

Cancel anytime and receive a pro-rated refund for unused months. For example, if you paid for 12 months and used 4, cancelling refunds the remaining 8 months (minus any actual service costs incurred). This complies with Thailand's Consumer Protection Act.

Full Refund Cases (Exceptions)

  • 1.System downtime exceeding 72 consecutive hours without prior notice
  • 2.Double-charged due to IslandDorm system error
  • 3.You must request within 7 days of the incident

Refund Process

  • 1.Contact support at islandgroupth@gmail.com with evidence (slip, screenshot, etc.)
  • 2.Team reviews and responds within 5 business days
  • 3.If approved, refund via original payment method within 14 business days
