You do not need to configure a LINE Official Account just to send organized bills. IslandDorm prepares the full message and payment link. Tap copy, switch to the tenant's chat, paste and send—without retyping the tenant, room, total or due date.
What gets copied?
- A greeting with the tenant's name
- Room number and billing month

Send one bill in a few seconds
Open the bill
Choose an unpaid bill and tap “Copy message + payment link,” or open Send Bill to preview it first.
The complete message is copied
The tenant, room, items, total, due date and payment link are now on the clipboard.
Open personal LINE or another chat
Open that tenant's chat, paste, verify the tenant and room, then send.
Attach the bill image if useful
Download or share the bill image too, giving the tenant both a readable image and a tappable payment link.

Be clear: copy is not automatic sending
IslandDorm creates and copies the message, but the owner still selects the chat, pastes and presses Send. That avoids LINE OA setup and keeps every send under your control. Connect LINE OA later if room volume makes manual sending too repetitive.
Send quickly without mixing up tenants
- Send one room at a time and verify the name and room
- Copy from the latest bill instead of editing last month's message
- After a partial payment, copy again to include paid and remaining amounts
- For bulk copy, paste each message block into the matching chat
- Do not post individual balances in a shared group chat
